Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website, member dashboard, alerts and related services (the "Service") provided by Hines Analytics LLC d/b/a Market Line Labs ("Market Line Labs," "we," "us"). By creating an account, joining a waitlist, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and located in a jurisdiction where sports wagering and the use of sports-betting information services are legal. You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with the laws that apply to you. We may refuse or end service anywhere we choose.

2. Information and entertainment only

The Service provides statistical research and opinions about sporting events for information and entertainment purposes. It is not betting, investment, financial, tax or legal advice. We are not a sportsbook: we do not accept wagers, hold funds or place bets for you. Every decision to wager, and its outcome, is yours alone.

3. No guarantee of results

Sports outcomes are uncertain. We do not guarantee any result, profit, win rate or return. Past performance, including our live record and any hypothetical backtest, does not guarantee or predict future results. Hypothetical backtests have inherent limitations: they are prepared with the benefit of hindsight and do not reflect results achieved by any actual bettor. You may lose some or all of any money you wager.

4. Memberships, billing and cancellation

  • Memberships are offered monthly, billed monthly in advance, or annually, billed once a year in advance. [Confirm terms]
  • Monthly memberships renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current paid period. Annual memberships renew automatically each year at your locked rate until cancelled; cancel any time before the renewal date and access continues through the end of the paid year. [Confirm terms]
  • Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable, including for partial periods, quiet periods with few alerts, or losing results.
  • Seats are offered in waves, and later waves may be priced higher. The price of the wave you join at applies for as long as your membership remains continuously active. If a membership is cancelled or lapses, a new membership is priced at the wave open at that time. [Confirm terms.]

5. Your account and personal use

Memberships are for one individual's personal, non-commercial use. Keep your login credentials confidential. You may not share, resell, redistribute, publish or broadcast alerts, playable-to numbers or other member content, in whole or in part, including in group chats, social media, forums or other services, whether paid or free. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section without refund.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including our models, software, picks, ratings, text, graphics and the Market Line Labs name and logo, is owned by Hines Analytics LLC d/b/a Market Line Labs and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to derive our methods or data from the Service, or use automated means to access it.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to interfere with the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, impersonate others, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

8. Third-party services

The Service may reference or link to third-party websites and services, including responsible-gaming resources. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products or practices.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, AVAILABILITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Alerts depend on networks, devices and third parties and may be delayed or not delivered; lines may move before you can act.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HINES ANALYTICS LLC D/B/A MARKET LINE LABS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY WAGERING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hines Analytics LLC d/b/a Market Line Labs from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your wagering activity, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here and, for members, sent by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them. We may suspend or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, at any time.

13. Governing law and disputes
