Privacy policy

This policy explains how Hines Analytics LLC d/b/a Market Line Labs ("we," "us") collects, uses and shares information when you visit our website, join our waitlist, or use our membership services (the "Service").

Information we collect

  • Account and waitlist information: your email address and, for members, a password (stored only as a salted hash) and your plan.
  • Billing information: payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. We receive limited details such as subscription status and the last four digits of a card; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Notification data: if you enable browser or phone notifications, a push subscription token for your device.
  • Usage and device data: standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps) used for security and reliability.
  • Communications: messages you send us, such as support requests.

Cookies

We use a strictly necessary, secure session cookie to keep you signed in. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused service that measures page views without cookies or cross-site tracking. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How we use information

  • To provide the Service: authenticate you, deliver alerts and notifications, and manage your membership.
  • To communicate with you about your account, the waitlist, and changes to the Service.
  • To secure the Service, prevent fraud and enforce our Terms, including the ban on sharing member content.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service (for example, hosting, email delivery and payment processing) under obligations to protect it, when required by law, or as part of a merger or acquisition of our business.

Retention

We keep account information while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, tax and security purposes, then delete or anonymize it. Waitlist emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Your choices and rights

  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email.
  • Turn off notifications in your browser or device settings.
  • Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law; we will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections, hashed passwords and httpOnly session cookies. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

Age restriction

The Service is intended only for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21; if you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page and, for members, sent by email.
